The Friends of the Rawson Memorial District Library
Purpose: The purpose of this group shall be to promote the library to individuals of the surrounding area;
to focus public attention on library services, facilities, and needs;
to assist the staff with volunteer time; to assist with library projects;
and to stimulate gifts, endowments and bequests.
Members: Membership is open to all individuals. There are nominal annual dues.
Meetings: Meetings are held the first Friday of the month at 10 a.m.
Meetings are held every month except August (which is the month of the Friends book sale) and December.
The Annual Friends of the Library book sale is held the first Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of August during regular library hours.
